The apartment is on a multi-unit property attached to a main house with quiet long-term tenants, as well as another Airbnb guest suite across the courtyard from the 1 bedroom. Laundry is available in the garage for stays over 5 days, as well as bike storage and extra fridge storage. One parking space at the end of a long driveway is provided for the apartment unit. There is also plentiful non-metered street parking. Walking distance to many local and chain restaurants, as well as groceries. Close to public transportation. For stays longer than 10 nights, a weekly basic cleaning will be provided and pre-scheduled with guests.  An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed to help offset the cost of additional cleanings.

Take a walk in the Santa Rosa Rural Cemetery (0.5 mile away) or down MacDonald Avenue to see the grand mansions of Santa Rosa (1 mile away). Local restaurants within a 5 minute walk are Goji Kitchen, Ippin Udon, Steele and Hops Public House, and Ikes Sandwiches. Chain restaurants include Five Guys, Panda Express, In ‘n Out, and Starbucks.
