A note on street noise:
- Our home is well insulated from street noise, but it is located on a road with moderate to busy traffic during daylight hours. A white noise/nature sound machine and earplugs are provided for guests in the street side primary bedroom for those with noise sensitivity.
Other important info:
- Maximum occupancy of 8 total people including children. Per Santa Rosa short-term rental regulations, day time visitors are limited to a maximum of 4 people and 4 or less cars at all times.
- We DO NOT tolerate any violations of our city noise or occupancy policy. It must be quiet 9 pm-8 am. Due to this noise ordinance, and out of courtesy to neighbors, we ask that all outside socializing move indoors at 9 pm. We have installed an inside and outside noise sensor, as well as security camera at the front door to monitor for possible noise and occupancy violations to our city regulations. If you are in violation of our quiet hours or occupancy limits your reservation will be canceled without a refund and you will need to vacate immediately.
Please note, we ask that a rental agreement be signed after booking. An email will be sent to you shortly after booking. We do not collect a separate security deposit at this time when booking through a platform. If anything is damaged during your stay beyond normal wear and tear, please let us know. We have a strict cancellation policy and recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. If you need recommendations for carriers, please ask.
About Cleaning fees:
Our standard cleaning fee for full use of the home is $225. We do offer a tiered cleaning fee to accomodate smaller groups, based on number of bedrooms used by your group.
1 bedroom: $150
2 bedrooms:$175
3-4 bedrooms: $225
For stays longer than 10 nights, a weekly basic cleaning will be provided and pre-scheduled with guests. An additional cleaning fee of $175 will be assessed to help offset the cost of additional cleanings. If your group is owed a cleaning fee credit it will be sent to you after the conclusion of your stay.
A 14% tourist occupancy tax (12% until 12/31/2024) is added at check out and paid to the city of Santa Rosa.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Hi our names and Liza and Chris. We are excited to welcome you to our home in Santa Rosa! Liza is a native Californian and Chris is originally from Pennsylvania. We live and work in Santa Rosa, and are raising our 2 boys here. Liza works for the school district as an occupational therapist, and Chris has his own massage therapy business with a focus on older adults with medical needs (he was a physical therapist assistant in his previous career!) We are passionate about providing a wonderful guest experience and love to share recommendations about Sonoma County and all the wonderful travel experiences it has to offer.Location
